By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We sell products to multiple jurisdictions and these General Conditions are set out to be global . Still, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, mandatory law may also apply. We respect such applicable laws and nothing in these General Conditions shall be seen as a limitation of your mandatory statutory rights, if such laws provide greater rights for you than set out here.

By accepting these General Conditions, you understand and accept that any order, purchase or transaction is made exclusively between Pysselpandan AB and the Customer.

1. Buying

When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.

You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. We will then refund any payment that you, or your pay- or credit card company, have made for the order.
We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.
All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

2. Customer information etc.

You are responsible for that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.
You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. So make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person have obtained access to your login details.


3. Prices and VAT

The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include VAT (25%) for orders within the EU.
If nothing else is stated on the Website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately.
Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.


4. Shipping

Shipping costs varies depending on the weight and volume of the products, you can check the shipping total in the cart or upon checkout. Deliveries in Sweden with Postnord will be delivered to your mailbox or hanged on the door/mailbox.
We do ship internationally with courier and shipping costs will vary between countries.
Shipping costs may change and sometimes be discounted. You will see the complete shipping cost in the cart and at checkout.

5. Payment Options / Payment Terms

5.1 Card payment
We use Stripe for secure card payments. Read more about Stripe here:

You are free to select your payment provider during checkout.

5.2 Swish
Secure payment is via Swish. You accept the amount in your Swish app to pay.
Swish only works in Sweden.

5.3 PayPal
Secure payment via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with PayPal. Read more about PayPal here:


6. Shipment

Orders are processed during the next weekday and are usually shipped within 3-4 days within Sweden.
For international orders the shipment time depends on the courier.

Items might go out of stock even though they are still shown on the website, in that case the customer is always entitled to cancel the order free of charge, or wait until the item get in stock again. The packages are delivered by DHL to a service center or sent by post via Postnord.

Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.


7. Shipment delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers except our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier can not fulfill his delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we waive compensation for the damage caused by the delay. You can rely on us to always notify you of changes in the delivery time. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if there is a shipment delay as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

8. Transport is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the carrier will be liable for any return to us.


9. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form .

10. Undelivered packages

When your package arrives at a delivery venue, a notification will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the address and e-mail address you entered are accurate.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK or 500 SEK for international packages.


11. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Private customers have the right to 14 days of cancellation under the distance contract. This means that you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

As a customer of ours, also offers the right to change your products or get a store discount within 30 days from the order date. This applies only to unused products.


12. Complaints

If you need to return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by contact form or email for further instructions. Notify us via our contact form before sending anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.

In case of a dispute, we will always follow ARN recommendations.

13. Refunds

Refund are made via Mondido or PayPal depending on your payment method. The sum is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

14. Reservations

We make reservations for changes in prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under the Force Majeur below.


15. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business for the sole purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL and GDPR (Personal Data Act) you have the right to obtain the information we have registered and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant you may request correction or removal from our customer register. If so, contact our customer service (please use our contact form ). We also ensure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our privacy policy ).

By 2018, PUL will be replaced by GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. For exact information about what we provide about you as a customer, see our privacy policy

16. Limitation of Liability

Where applicable mandatory law does not provide otherwise, our liability is limited to direct damages and under no circumstances are we liable for indirect damages such as loss of earnings etc. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all its content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

17. Waiver

We reserve ourselves for any image or typographical errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, inaccurate prices or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. We are entitled to rectify any obvious errors and, at any time, to change or update the information on the Website accordingly.

The images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee to reproduce the exact number of products that you would receive at an order, nor the exact appearance, function or origin of the products.

18. Changes to the General Conditions

We may change these General Conditions at any time. We will then set forth the changed General Conditions on the Website and they will enter into force once you have accepted them (in connection with a new order through the Website or while browsing the Website).

19. Governing law and disputes

In the event of a dispute, we strive to comply with any decision by the relevant national consumer protection authorities.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state where we conduct our business and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the place of our incorporation. “Non-exclusive jurisdiction” means that you may bring a claim against us in another jurisdiction if provided by applicable mandatory law.

20. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and our commitment, which means that we can not hold that agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for that we are freed from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
