Shipping and delivery for

1. Shipping to Sweden

We are using PostNord for smaller packages. Since yarn is a bulky item we calculate the products in your cart to select the default shipment type. If PostNord is not valid as a shipment option it is because the items in your cart are deemed to bulky to fit inside the smaller packages. Deliveries in Sweden using Postnord will be delivered to your mailbox or hanged on the door/mailbox in case they do not fit. The postal service will take a photo of the package to ensure that it has been delivered correctly if it is hanged on the door.

Additionally we are offering fast shipping to a fixed price by DHL Servicepoint, with free shipping for orders over 750 SEK (not including gift cards).

Our fees to Sweden are:

PostNord: Shipping depending on weight of the package. Parcels will be delivered to the letterbox or hanged on the door with a picture taken by the postal worker. If not possible it will be delivered to a servicepoint.

DHL Servicepoint: Shipping depending on weight of the package. Will be delivered to a servicepoint.

Pickup in Halmstad: We will contact you regarding a date and time to deliver or pick up your package from us in Halmstad.

If you do not pick up your package from the post office or service point you will be charged a fee of 250 SEK.

All the above prices are including 25% Swedish VAT.


2. International shipping

We ship packages with DHL Parcel Connect to most EU countries, exceptions are Cyprus (CY), Greece (EL), Italy (IT) and Malta (MT).
The following EU countries have special exceptions: DK: Not including Greenland and Faroe Islands. FI: Not including Åland Islands NO: Not including Svalbard. NL: Not including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Saint Maarten or Saint Eustatius.
For all other countries we ship with PostNord.

Shipping is based on the number of things we can pack in a box, not the actual shipping weight. Since yarn is a bulky item we have calculated the amount of yarn that can be packaged into one box.
In our DHL packages we can fit roughly 1 kg of yarn, and in the PostNord packages we can fit 500 g and 1 kg.
If you need to buy more than what is calculated to fit in the boxes, please contact us and we will test-pack your order and handle it manually to ensure shipment.

Any import charges, customs etc will be charged to the customer upon arrival and is not included in the shipping or order cost.
Any packages that are not picked up at the postal service or service desk will incur a administrative charge of 500 SEK.

The cost for your order will be visible in your cart and during checkout. As a reference we have listed the shipping cost to all locations in the table below.

* These countries are not in the EU and will not be charged VAT on shipping. For EU countries, fees are including 25% Swedish VAT.

3. Shipment delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers except our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier can not fulfill his delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we waive compensation for the damage caused by the delay. You can rely on us to always notify you of changes in the delivery time. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if there is a shipment delay as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

4. Shipping is responsible for shipping to you as a customer. You and the carrier will be liable for any return to us.


5. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form .


6. Undelivered packages

When your package arrives at a delivery venue, a notification will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the address and e-mail address you entered are accurate.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK for shipments to Sweden, or 500 SEK for shipments outside of Sweden.
