Returns, complaints and warranty for Pysselpandan

1. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form .

2. Undelivered packages

When your package arrives at a delivery venue, a notification will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the address and e-mail address you entered are accurate.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK.

 

3. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Private customers have the right to 14 days of cancellation under the distance contract. This means that you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

As a customer of ours, pysselpandan.se also offers the right to change your products or get a store discount within 30 days from the order date. This applies only to unused products.

 

4. Complaints

If you need to return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by contact form or email for further instructions. Notify us via our contact form before sending anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.

In case of a dispute, we will always follow ARN recommendations.

5. Refunds

Refund are made via Mondido or PayPal depending on your payment method. The sum is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

6. Reservations

We make reservations for changes in prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under the Force Majeur below.

7. Limitation of Liability

Where applicable mandatory law does not provide otherwise, our liability is limited to direct damages and under no circumstances are we liable for indirect damages such as loss of earnings etc. Intellectual Property Rights

This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

We are entitled to rectify any obvious errors and, at any time, to change or update the information on the Website accordingly.

The images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee to reproduce the exact number of products that you would receive at an order, nor the exact appearance, function or origin of the products.

9. Governing law and disputes

In the event of a dispute, we strive to comply with any decision by the relevant national consumer protection authorities.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state where we conduct our business and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the place of our incorporation. “Non-exclusive jurisdiction” means that you may bring a claim against us in another jurisdiction if provided by applicable mandatory law.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and our commitment, which means that we can not hold that agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for that we are freed from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
